Greetings again, dear reader. I know this post is much quicker to get up than usual. However, October is the best season for exploring the shadows and the various screams in the night. I decided to push further along within the Grimly Fiendish amusement area.
There are quite a few rides to try, however, if this writer does not get to them all it is merely due to time.
The first ride one attempted, was known as screamfield. Starts out quite corny.. But it becomes littleral corn. Once you ride, you will understand. Seems they upped their game quite a bit since i visited last last. Fair warning, you will get slung about like a ragdoll quite a bit.
Sadily, my personal favorite from two years ago, the Rattler, was under construction. One can not just jump barriers and rudely interrupt work!
Next stop was the theater of madness. If you’ve ever heard of the game in the theater, the opening definitely is a nod to it. This ride takes you through several movies all built to creepy perfection.
Once again, you do get tossed about, and knock yourself and an usher though these scenes.
Ghost Orphanage. Sad, twisted. And I wanted to take several home with me! As well as the Misery Machine. It was a cute and brief excursion. As was the Screaming Goat.. I have never seen a more poorly maintained coaster in my life! Parts were flying off as I was riding!
Can you survive a night in room 1408 Is a unique ride, at first sounds a little cheesy but it is very fascinating to ride, considering you sit on a bed… it is far more of an experience than a ride. As this writer says frequently, do not sleep in places known to be haunted! One encounter after another gives one very little time to recover.
Dearest reader, there is simply too much to cover. Out of respect for the builds and the inability to capture photos at such rapid paces, I have only photographed the externals of these rides.
